The New John Handley Enhanced Split Roller Bearing is a direct replacement for Cooper, Timken SRB and Craft split bearings.
The design of the JHB split Roller bearing is such that one bearing can service 4 different shaft sizes making this great for your stocking program. Check out our video
The design of the JHB split Roller Bearing includes a thrust bearing on either side. The 3D printed cage is allows for a wider roller and more of them increasing radial capacity by upto 70%. The addition of the thrust bearing on either side increases axial capacity by upto 1000% over the existing designs in the market
John Handley Split Roller bearings are now available as a drop in replacement in a standard SNL or SD housing. These custom applications save thousands of dollars of down time and provide additional axial thrust capability.
The hallmark of John Handley bearings is the ability to solve customer's application issues with custom solutions using a wide variety of our existing products. By custom designing a seal or a mounting sleave we can install a solution in short time and cost and give the customer a unique solution that solves the issue.
JHB split bearings can fit into a standard snl or sd housings which allows for higher axial load capacity due to the thrust bearings on either side of the JHB cartridge.
By replacing existing bearings with a JHB Split bearing you can reduce down time as the motor and reducers can stay in place during repair.
The JHB split bearing can come with a wide variety of sealing solutions depending upon your application. Contact our engineers to discuss your options
